 DetailsAnnual Alvin Bonifacio Memorial Fishing Derby at Lake Solano Park.
This event is free to the first 500 children age 14 and under. The first 500 children will receive a fishing pole and reel, tackle, event t-shirt and hot dog lunch. Adults are invited to help the younger children but the fishing is for the children only. During the first hour of the event, pond fishing will be limited to children age 7 and under. Older children will be able to fish lakeside during this time. We are seeking sponsors for this event. If you or your business would like to help please contact Rotary for sponsorship details.
